We are looking for a Client Services/ Training Coordinator to work for a training provider based in Maidenhead. The purpose of the Client Services/Training Coordinator role will be a client focussed administrative role supporting all training projects and building strong client relationships. The main duties will include;

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all Clients and Consultants

  • Ensuring all dialogue and correspondence with clients is logged onto CRM system

  • Scheduling courses, client meetings and events

  • Managing the Consultant’s diaries and booking travel arrangements

  • Producing reports including visit reports

  • Updating course material

  • Some facilities duties, i.e. monitoring stationery, dealing with post, ordering cleaning and catering supplies and liaising with cleaners/gardeners/handyman

  • Maintaining records of purchases in house

Candidates will have :

  • Previous experience in a client focused role within a training/events position

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office

  • English Language and Maths GCSE or equivalent

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, pro-actively and on their own initiative

The hours for this position are 7.5 hours between 8am and 6pm according to a team rota.
