An exciting opportunity to join an already established team as a Customer Service Advisor for this successful property organisation. The role of Customer Service Advisor will be based in a busy call centre environment taking inbound calls. Other duties include;

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers over the phone, email, live web chats and in the future other digital methods
  • Dealing with a variety of customers providing advice, guidance and assistance on solving a wide spectrum of queries and issues
  • Liaising with a variety of departments to solve problems / issues
  • Taking ownership of all enquiries and ensuring resolution in a professional and friendly manner

The right candidate will be required to have excellent listening and problem solving skills, coupled with the ability to deal with a wide range of customers. Candidates should be digitally aware in terms of social media and computer skills with previous experience working within a corporate environment providing exceptional customer service.

Hours - 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
