We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a busy Human Resources department within this successful property organisation based in Ealing Broadway to provide a comprehensive, pro-active and customer focused HR administration service. The main duties will include;

  • Ensure administrative processes are consistent, timely, of a high quality and are compliant with legal and organisational requirements
  • Complete the recruitment process from handover of a finalised applicant pack to ensure a smooth on-boarding process, including but not limited to, reference and right to work UK checks, DBS checks and induction.
  • Maintain up-to-date computerised and manual records for all applicants and employees
  • Provide accurate and meaningful statistics and management information, using the HR information system
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees in relation to company policy and contractual entitlements and other HR related queries as appropriate
  • Liaise closely with payroll in relation to new starters, leavers and any employee changes, ensuring all supporting documentation is in place
  • Responsible for the logging of all HR related invoices to allow for the accurate reporting of budget information

Key requirements:

  • Superb administration skills, some HR experience would be an advantage however not essential
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A keen interest in HR, a HR related qualification would be advantageous
  • Flexible and co-operative team player
  • The ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organisation, internally and externally
  • The ability to work in a busy and deadline driven environment, whilst maintaining great attention to detail
