Happy New Year
Uploaded: January 23, 2012, 12:04 pm
With the festive season now over it's time to look forward to 2012, which should be an exciting year, with the Olympics and the Diamond Jubilee celebrations to look forward to, who knows we may even be celebrating England making it through the Euro 2012 qualifying stages.
Here at Peach, there are already holiday dates in the diary, Tanyia is off to The Cape Verde Islands in January and a city break in Lisbon in April, both Jo and Katie have trips to Miami planned and Amanda and Richard are off on a city break to Budapest in March. Amanda and Richard are also looking forward to heading off to London to watch the World Cup Cycling at the velodrome (an Olympic test event) in February and Kam is planning to take her family to Edinburgh in April to see the Giant Pandas at the zoo...a busy start to the year so far.
Meet Ronnie The Hammer

It seems like no time since Hannah told us of her exciting news and now we can introduce you to little Ronnie, complete with his Hammers hat! It is commendable that he has remained loyal to his side despite being relegated earlier this year.
Congratulations to Hannah and Daryl and we look forward to meeting Ronnie soon.
Equal treatment and the latest Agency Worker Regulations
Uploaded: July 18, 2011, 6:11 pm
Designed at promoting the equal treatment of Temporary Workers the latest set of regulations affecting the recruitment industry are due to come into effect in October 2011.
It is not just recruiters who need to be aware of these regulations as any Company using Temporaries will also have certain obligations under the new regulations. Over the last month or so we have been busy briefing our clients about how they will be affected and helping them to carry out an impact assessment.
If you are unsure about how the regulations will affect you then please contact your Consultant to raise any concerns that you may have.
And for our next challenge...

In 2010 Amanda and Richard, our two Directors, raised £7,000 by cycling from Panama, through Costa Rica and on to Nicaragua; all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
You would think that they would have learnt their lesson but clearly the memory is not quite as sharp as it used to be as they have just signed up for their next cycling challenge with Macmillan.
In October 2012, if you happen to find yourself on safari in Kenya or Tanzania, as you watch the wildebeest majestically sweep across the plains on their annual migration keep your eyes out for two green-shirted cyclists who will be attempting to cycle from Nairobi to the Ngorongoro volcanic crater. Accommodation will be basic and assuming that they manage to avoid any unwelcome contact with the local wildlife they hope to raise at least £7,500 for this fantastic cause.
No one says it like you do...

A Testimonial from a valued client:
We have used the services of Peach Personnel, predominantly for Reception cover, for over 5 years. Hannah has been my account manager for almost 3 years now. During this time I have found the service to be of a high standard. Communication between us always exceeds expectations and this has been the case since we started working together. Hannah is friendly, always professional and a pleasure to work with. She knows our requirements and always delivers even when I have given little notice. I continue to use Peach because the level of service and the calibre of temporary staff is always high. This is important to us as the Receptionists are the face of the company to our visitors. Our standards are high and always met. Long may our working relationship continue to grow.
