We are recruiting for an Admin Support to EA to join a successful power management company based on the Slough Trading Estate. The Admin Support to EA performs an integral role for this company supporting the EA to VP. This position is a full time permanent role and very varied, some of the main duties will include;

  • Taking and distributing messages to staff in a timely manner
  • Sorting internal and external post on a daily basis
  • Sending out invoices and monthly statements via the post
  • Managing daily parcels and courier deliveries
  • Monitoring holidays and absences providing a monthly report to the HR team
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Booking flights and making travel arrangements
  • Managing the fleet of company cars, booking hire cars and managing fuel cards
  • Booking lunches and meeting rooms including sourcing venues
  • Managing the new starter process including creating security fobs, scanner access, etc.
  • Providing cover for the Executive Assistant in her absence
  • Supporting the marketing team during events

The right candidate needs to;

  • Have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy role with many responsibilities
  • Have the ability to multi task and work with urgency
  • Be confident, approachable and flexible
  • Have sound administration skills with experience in a similar role

This role is to start at the beginning of January 2019
