As a Customer Service Executive you will be working as part of an extremely busy team, for this very successful family run business with a wealth of high profile corporate clients.

Once up and running in the position you will have the opportunity to take on more senior level duties / responsibilities, potentially dealing with the most high profile customers and also being an escalation point for queries and complaints.

This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a busy and demanding role, and an opportunity to be a fundamental member of the Customer Service team.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Taking incoming calls from clients, taking order details and updating on to an internal system (attention to detail is vital)
  • Printing off delivery notes and invoices and ensuring all 100% accurate and with the warehouse / delivery in time for despatch
  • Liaising with drivers and assisting with queries and delivery discrepancies
  • Dealing with short and wrong delivery notes, liaising with customers and ensuring replacements or authorising credits to account
  • Being a point of contact for clients queries and complaints, responding in a professional and timely manner and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • An excellent work history in a customer service environment, ideally with experience of processing customer orders
  • Strong communication skills
  • A logical approach to solving problems / complaints
  • Strong team player qualities and a strong work ethic.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 7am - 3pm (1 Saturday in 4). Please note the role is initially based in Acton, however, will be moving to a fantastic new office in Feltham April / May time.
