An extremely successful family owned business is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and expanding team.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will spend the majority of the day on the phone taking calls from clients and entering order details onto a bespoke order processing system. This is an extremely busy role, where a polite and professional manner is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer service at all times.

Their product range is vast as is their customer base, customers call and place bulk orders on a daily basis, this is where strong listening, questioning, data entry and attention to detail skills are vital, if the order is entered incorrectly on the system the wrong goods will be delivered.

To be successful in this role you need to be happy working in a team and where you will be BUSY. The phones and the orders are a priority, however, other duties could include sending out invoices, filing, dealing with delivery notes etc.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1/2 hour lunch) and 1 in 2 Saturdays from 7am - 1pm (the Saturday hours may be slightly shorter depending on how busy they are.
