This is a really good opportunity for somebody looking to start their administrative career and learn a variety of administrative and reception practices within a very friendly office environment. As a Receptionist / Administrator you will be working as part of a lovely team of 3, meeting and welcoming lots of visitors on a daily basis.

This is a company that runs training courses, therefore, they have the attendees arriving daily for their courses, there's lots of people contact with trainers and the attendees, therefore, strong communication skills and a customer focus is essential.

Day to day duties will include:

Welcoming training attendees and directing them to the relevant training room

Setting up and clearing training rooms, ensuring all equipment, water, tea and coffee is available

Organising and preparing the catering (liaising with local catering company, taking the deliveries and setting out and clearing away lunches and refreshments)

Preparing course materials, photocopying, printing and binding tutors' notes and also attendees' training packs

Being a point of contact for tutors and attendees, dealing with any queries etc

Providing administrative support for the team, data entry etc.

This is a really busy role, with lots of people contact, that requires flexibility and a team player who is happy to turn their hand to most things.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who is keen to develop their administrative skills in a role that could potentially develop further.

Hours of work : 8:30am - 5pm or 9 - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

We are looking for candidates who are keen to learn, flexible and adaptable, with some general PC skills, and the ability to communicate in a confident manner with a wide variety of individuals.
