We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join this pioneering company with great products and fantastic offices. Working as part of a team providing administrative support including order processing, purchasing, inventory management and logistics.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Communicating with customers and field based sales personnel to coordinate orders in line with KPIs and SLAs
  • Coordinating and assisting with the purchasing of goods
  • Assisting with the processing of customer returns or trade in products
  • Managing the logistics of customer orders and returns, ensuring the movement of stock is recorded accurately on the CRM system

We are looking for candidates who :

  • are team players,
  • who have proven customer service skills,
  • are used to working in a time sensitive role, where attention to detail is paramount,
  • have sound PC skills, use of SAP would be an advantage,
  • have strong written English skills.

This role is a full time permanent position, (working hours are Mon-Fri9am-5:30pm), with an excellent benefits package including 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays) private healthcare and pension scheme.
