We are looking to recruit a professional Receptionist to join a fantastic company within the medical field based in Slough. The reception area is bright, spacious, modern and welcoming. Working alongside another Receptionist the day to day duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the business in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting as appropriate

  • Dealing with enquiries in person, verbally and in writing

  • Receiving telephone, fax and email messages

  • Handling incoming and outgoing post

  • Assisting with the booking, planning and preparation of meeting, conferences, video/telephone conference calls

  • Communicating with facility vendors and suppliers

  • Assisting with general facilities administration

We are looking for candidates who have previous Receptionist experience gained within a corporate environment. Candidates will be well presented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, be professional, with good administrative skills and used to working in a busy role.

The hours of work are 9am-5:00pm , there is free on-site parking and great benefits package including; Healthcare, critical illness and income protection, contributory pension scheme and 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
