We are recruiting for a full time, permanent Projects Coordinator, to join a global leader in their industry based in Slough. The main responsibilities will be;

  • Handling operational and project co-ordination for the department and product portfolio for a number of projects at any one time
  • Maintaining, organising and co-ordinating project information and documentation
  • Managing the delivery, implementation and processes for all projects
  • Maintaining, organising and co-ordinating installation schedules, ensuring equipment and engineers / technicians arrive to site in line project requirements
  • Maintaining operational and quality standards
  • Liaising between a number of departments, Sales, Sales Support, Warehouse and Logistics and Installation team
  • Assisting with quotations and order handover
  • Resolving issues throughout the project
  • Responsible for organising and minuting meetings
  • Handling ad-hoc administration as required

The ideal candidate will;

  • Have PRINCE 2 or relevant experience
  • Have experience with quality management, ideally to ISO standards
  • Have experience using SAP (not essential)
  • Be self-motivated, results driven and detail oriented
  • Have excellent communication skills
