We are recruiting for a full time, permanent Tenders Coodinator to join a global leader in their industry based in Slough. The main responsibility of the Tenders Administrator is to be responsible for the coordination and administration of OJEU, tender notices and framework agreements including;

  • Monitoring various sources and handling all documentation
  • Completing pre-qualification questionnaires and all follow up documentation
  • Recording all information relating to tender submissions on the database
  • Coordinating responses to tenders and ensuring deadlines for submissions are met
  • Reviewing terms and conditions of tenders and framework agreements, liaising with stakeholders to ensure the tenders are commercially viable
  • Attending and coordinating tender related meetings as necessary
  • Analysing performance of tender submissions and making recommendations for future tenders based on these findings

Other responsibilities include;

  • Maintaining documentation related to group discount arrangements
  • Coordinating pricing requests as required
  • Ensuring regular price reviews are adhered to
  • Attending supplier meetings, preparing presentations and taking minutes
  • Responsible for ad-hoc administration

The ideal candidate will;

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have working knowledge of public procurement regulations (OJEU) and tender notices (essential)
  • Have experience dealing with tenders / contract administration
  • Have experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience using SAP (preferred)
  • Have experience working in an ISO regulated industry
  • Be confident, demonstrate accuracy within their work
  • Have excellent communication / stakeholder management skills
  • Be proactive
