We are recruiting for a 12 month contract for a Major Projects Administrator to join a global technology provider. This role will be supporting the Project Managers in their delivery of major projects.

  • Responsible for order management
  • Tracking PM hours worked
  • Scheduling deliveries with freight companies and customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handling queries to resolution and problem solving
  • Liaising with Project Managers and other team members
  • Helping toward ensuring the highest level of safety standards are implemented at all times
  • Helping to identify and implement operational improvements in order management and customer service

We are looking for candidates who ;

  • Have previous experience in an Project Administration / Coordination role
  • Is IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office, plus ideally SAP and Microsoft Project
  • Has strong communication skills, is a practical problem solver with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise a busy and varied workload
