We are recruiting for a Curriculum Administrator to join a college based in West London. This is a full time temporary role, working term time only. The main purpose of the post if working as part of a team of Administrators, providing support to both staff and students. Duties include;

  • Maintaining systems for checking registers
  • Receiving phone call/e-mails re student absence/appointments and entering comments
  • Maintaining finance and budget records
  • Processing orders
  • Chasing missing deliveries and arranging returns
  • Ensuring sufficient stationery supplies are available
  • Sorting and distributing post

The right person for this position will have previous experience working within an educational background. They will also possess appropriate IT skills and be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
