We are currently recruiting for an ongoing Temporary Customer Experience Executive, for a small, but expanding company based in Burnham.

This is a full time role, maximising the number of effective exchanges with customers to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction to achieve customer experience targets.

Main duties will be:

- Provide effective customer support in accordance with targets and procedures.

- Respond to customer inbound calls promptly and manage faults taking into account call volumes and call waiting times.

- Manage emails in the Member Support inbox as allocated.

- Raise and rack faults until completion

- To provide status reports and feedback to customers by phone, SMS or email.

- To build and maintain relationships with VIP customers

We need someone with excellent communications skills, who is results driven and hardworking!

We are looking for someone with:

- Excellent customer service experience, within a sales environment

- Previous experience of working within a call centre set up.

- Experience dealing with escalations, complaints and general queries

- Can build and maintain relationships.
