A great opportunity to work alongside a fantastic HR Manager providing all round HR Admin support, this is an ongoing temporary position to start ASAP (ideally by the end of August).

This will be a busy role, with a wide variety of duties with the opportunity to get involved in day to day HR admin and also work alongside the HR Manager on project work.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Being a point of contact for employees and managers on any HR related enquiry, dealing with where possible or escalating when required
  • Collating data, and preparing HR related reports for management (salaries, headcount etc.)
  • Ensuring all employee details, changes of employment status, salary details etc. are passed to the HR Service Centre
  • Providing administrative support to the Apprenticeship scheme, liaising with managers and apprentices, coordinating interviews, sending out invites etc.
  • Providing administrative support for the recruitment process, assisting managers with job specs, advertising positions, managing and screening applications. Liaising with managers regarding potential applicants, rejecting unsuitable applicants, coordinating and scheduling interviews, pulling together interview packs for managers (CVs, job specs, interview questions etc.) and all follow up.
  • Assisting with the new starter / onboarding process, coordinating inductions, arranging for departments to attend, booking rooms etc. Sending out new starter welcome packs.
  • Supporting the HR Managers on various projects, including (employee engagement, management training)
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations, correspondence etc. on behalf of the HR Manager
  • Adhoc cover for Reception as and when required

We are looking for candidates who are highly organised, are proactive, can work to deadlines and on occasions work prioties. Candidates will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide variety of individuals and be customer service focused. We are also looking for somebody who is happy to work independantly but also is a team player.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start.
